Insahyu Training & Therapy is now accepting new clients for Athletic Therapy at 250 Saulteaux Crescent. Insahyu Training & Therapy's goal is to provide exceptional treatment and quality care to active individuals through aggressive rehabilitation and manual therapy. In addition, Insahyu promotes healthy lifestyle through various training programs to active individuals who experienced injury from work and in everyday life. Insahyu offers group training (Boot-Camp style and personal training) Frequently check for future Boot-Camp sessions.
