We are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, on the University subway line at St. Patrick subway station. Parking is available on University Ave. and in the lot behind our building. We provide counsel primarily in the areas of corporate/commercial law and family law. Our business law practice is focused on helping individual business owners and small enterprises with a myriad of legal issues - from the initial start-up and structure of their business, to purchase and sale of an existing company. We routinely assists our clients with preparation of shareholders' and partnership agreements and various commercial contracts. We also provide a wide range of family law services, including divorce, division of property, child and spousal support, custody and access, and preparation and negotiation of domestic contracts.
