I wish that there was a lower start rating than 1. We hired these guys to redo a bathtub/shower in a rental house and the fact that they are supposed to do this in a day and not inconvenience our renter or us, was quite appealing. The installer they sent was completely incompetent, even setting the back of his van on fire while soldering. He constantly used profanity and left without it installed and even cracked the product while "bashing" it into the corner. We contacted the head office and only after many back and forth emails did they make a very low offer as retribution. If they had made a decent offer, I wouldn't have left this neg review. They obviously more interested in money than a positive customer service experience. We will never recommend this company to anyone!
