South Point Law Centre opened its doors in 2003 in the South Surrey/White Rock area. Moved in 2012 to the Newton area of Surrey, B.C. , South Point Law Centre is now conveniently located 10 minutes away from City Hall and the Surrey Provincial Court and 20 minutes away from the New Westminster Supreme Court. To serve its clients, we have 6 lawyers with experience ranging up to more than 20 years of practice.
South Point Law Centre’s family law practice includes all aspects of family law: separation, divorce, custody, access, maintenance, division of assets, child apprehensions, marriage and separation agreements, common law relationships, family law mediation and appeals. South Point Law Centre also has a Wills & Estates practice to assist clients with preparing wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements and to represent clients in probate, wills variation and estate litigation.
