Norwoods restaurant is dedicated to serving indigenous ingredients from the pacific north west. Working with local artisan farmers, we strive to offer high quality ingredients in ways that reflect the chef's travels through Asia, Europe and the Americas. You are as likely to find braised lamb done in the French style as a seviche or plate of very fresh sashimi. This eclectic mix of styles is as diverse as the many cultures Canada represents, allowing guests to experience a wide variety of tastes and textures. All this in a cozy wine bar style setting in a fishing village perched on the edge of Vancouver Island.
