But times are changing and a new world order is now threatening the very existence of his people. Lojore finds himself caught between the clashing of two cultures. What’s more is that while his people try to cling to their old ways, the more Bloodshed in Mana they instigate. He is proud to have met Mother Theresa in Khartoum in the Republic of Sudan. Currently, he is focusing his attentions on fund raising money to build schools for boys in Africa through collecting recyclables. He has raised approximately $7, 000 on his own as of now. He has built four classrooms and an organization saw what he had done and donated another four classrooms. He would like to build another four and then have a complete high school. He marks the most gratifying aspect of his career as being able to rise from a logistics and emergency relief worker to winning accolades as the “ablest UN member in the Sudan.” This recognition led to him gaining admission to a Canadian University. Rather than choosing promotion in the United Nations System, he chose to attend a university rather than live a life of luxury, money and fame. He was convinced that his education would contribute toward helping those who had no means to pay for the cost of a university education. His decision to leave a promising career in the United Nations has paid off, eventually leading to peace talks that eventually led to the independence of the Republic of South Sudan. He has helped thousands of immigrants integrate into Canadian society and to become productive members of the Canadian society over the past 20 years.
