We called Ken and asked him to come out and look at our 21 year old hot tub as it wasn't working. He arrived the very next day. Ken gave us a clear picture of what was wrong. We agreed on the repairs he suggested. He returned the next day and installed a new control panel. He worked quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. He returned the following day, once we had refilled the tub and he completed the final work. Our hot tub is running quietly and working better then it has in years. It's like new! We highly recommend Ken and 4 Seasons Hot Tubs for his quick service, his top notch work and his prices were very reasonable for his hours of labour. Thank you.
