Centrally located at the corner of Queen and Bay in the Hudson’s Bay flagship store, Bannock offers a warm and inviting space for all-day dining and weekend brunch.
The name 'Bannock' honours the iconic round flatbread that was first brought to Canada through Scottish explorers and traders, and adapted by indigenous people and settlers. Bannock is featured throughout the entire menu including sweet breakfast breads, fresh artisan sandwiches, burgers and pizzas, as well as accompaniments to soups, salads, main courses and desserts. Bannock's honest approach to food is rooted in familiar, wholesome ingredients that are reflective of Canada's rich regional and cultural diversity. Dynamic and playful dishes like the decadent Duck Poutine Pizza and the iconic Arcadian Court Chicken Pot Pie are rounded out by a variety of other classic comfort dishes.
