They are not customer friendly.In November I spoke with their company rep ,secured a date for them to come and assess my repair needs.They arrived we agreed on a price and I was advised to set up a pickup date.I proceeded to do this,at which time the phone rep and myself agreed to wait until after the Xmas rush.the rep advised that she would call me at the beginning if the New Year.Yesterday ,on February 4th I took a chance to call back in the hope that we could work together and get this repair done.The rep said that she would call me back A.S.A.P.Is this how to offer service ?Too bad that the party that recommended this company who by the way is a popular window treatment business.Shame on you to be soooo busy or disinterested to ignore your commitment to call back and complete the service either by declining the work or recommending someone that is worthy of declaring themselves user friendly.
