Fluffy Coats Pet Salon

I brought my dog Cookie in there a year ago and she is not fixed I pre warned the girls and the owner and shes been there before there’s even a note on her file... well guess what? 62 days later my dog gave birth to 4 puppies.. the owners agreed it was from the day she was at the salon and it even confirmed what kinda dog it was (shitzu) they didnt offer me any money or even free grooming!! yes i know my dog isnt fixed but that is because we did breed her twice.. they were fully notified and still managed to not properly keep her away from other male dogs... that;s not the worst part!!!! Their full time groomer is extremely rude and yelled at me in front of staff and owner's because i asked for a shorter cut on my dog (she didn’t follow what was on the file). Needless to say beware of this place not managed very well and the staff is not qualified to be working with animals in my opinion.
