We had very poor, and fairly rude, and obviously disinterested service. The salesperson seemed at least to me more interested in talking to his friend on the phone. My friends and I spent almost thirty minutes in the show room looking at the displays and the salesperson sat in the office on the phone, occasionally looking out at us, the salesperson did not even turn on the lights to the showroom until after about a half an hour when I approached this person for assistance, at that time said person turned on the lights and went back to the office. We felt out of place, awkward, and unwelcome in Remco. I am sure many people have had good experiences with Remco, however this was not one of them. That having been said the quality of there work on the show pieces was very well done, but at least for my friends and I the lack of costumer service was just to much, so we went elsewhere.
