I hold a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC# 2141). I have been supporting children, youth and families in the lower mainland for over 25 years. Some of the issues I have experience with are suicide ideation, anxiety, depression, bullying, trauma and loss. I also support parents who are wondering how to encourage social and emotional qualities such as kindness and compassion in their children. Working as a team, we will strengthen your family, increase your resiliency, and help you and your family find connection and joy.
