Description

After completing a Bachelor of Education degree at McGill University in Montreal, I moved to Fredericton, New Brunswick to complete a Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy degree at the University of New Brunswick. I am currently a practising Licensed Counselling Therapist in Hampton and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.
My counselling and psychotherapy practice focuses primarily on providing a safe and conducive environment for personal growth and change for people in all different stages of life. In particular, I provide help to those suffering from issues related to general wellness, mental health, psychological illness or distress, relationships and career development, among other things.
