As a Registered Massage Therapist, I assess the soft tissue and joints of the body and use techniques to help treat and prevent physical dysfunction and pain. Many conditions benefit from massage therapy. Most common conditions treated are muscle tension, tendinitis (ie. tennis elbow, golfer's elbow), chronic back pain, headaches, depression and anxiety, fibromyalgia,postural conditions, and many more. I use a variety of Swedish massage techniques that help with relieving stress and tension, reducing pain, improving circulation, decreasing signs of inflammation,reducing scarring,increasing joint mobility and enhancing muscle performance.
