Adelie LaViola is a graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. In addition to her nutrition training, Adelie is also a Certified Life Activation Practitioner and Crystal Healer/Reader with the Modern Mystery School.
Adelie is an energetic and dynamic practitioner who has brought a whole new vision on how to help heal the body, mind, and spirit. She has been operating her own successful private healing practice from home. In her practice she has collaborated the two schools she has studied from and life experiences and has created a unique one on one or group programs for her clients. She is also runs Max Mediation Mondays weekly at her practice. Adelie is now ready to take her practice to a new level. She is currently working on her Healthy Snack Recipe Book, that will be released at the end of 2017. She is also signed up for her 200hr Yoga Training Program with Bliss Om starting July 2017.
