I am a Psychotherapist with a specialization in Art based Therapy. I have a Masters degree in Psychology and Diplomas in Expressive Arts Psychotherapy (Toronto, Canada) and Dance/Movement Therapy (Moscow, Russia).
Based on humanistic and client-oriented approach I support my clients with their creative process to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In therapeutic relationships, my role is to provide safe welcoming environment and help my clients to clarify tangled thoughts and feelings, to find their inner source of vitality and creativity, to fully express themselves. I am experienced in working with trauma, emotional regulation issues, depression and anxiety, abuse, self-esteem, parenting issues and life-transitions. Also I work with children, with particular focus on kids with special needs (Autism spectrum disorders, ODD, ADHD, ADD). Beyond individual psychotherapy, I collaborate with various social agencies providing Dance Movement Psychotherapy for groups of seniors and developmentally challenged population.
