I am a psychotherapist and life coach and combine the depth of therapy with the practicality and goal achievement of coaching. I am passionate about working with individuals, children, families and couples facing a wide spectrum of problems.
Depression, anxiety, stress, behavioural issues, relationship issues, learning difficulties, grief, addiction or if you've achieved success in certain areas of life, but need some expert guidance in others areas, I can help. I have a Bachelor of Science & M.Sc Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have 10 years of experience as Director- Human Resources & have helped hundreds of professional become more successful and lead a fulfilling life. My approach is personable and depending on your need I integrate between evidence-based models I have training in: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused (EFT), Mindfulness, Play Therapy and Positive Psychology. I have special interest in cultural sensitivity and diverse backgrounds. I am originally from India, lived in America and recently moved to Canada.
