Everybody has the capacity to improve their lives by following good nutrition practices and regular exercise. This couldn’t be more true than with our aging population. Unfortunately most issues of the aged are brought on by poor lifestyle choices including a high incidence of obesity. It doesn’t have to be this way.
With my nutrition program, I teach you how to eat well so you’re getting the important nutrients you need so your system is healthy and you lose fat. It’s not difficult because you work with the foods you’re familiar with; there’s no difficult or intimidating diets to follow.
With my exercise program, I show you how to work your body to make you stronger so you can maintain your freedom and live independently for a long time. We refer to these as your Activities of Daily Living because they are important to you – they are how you survive each day.
As a personal trainer and nutrition coach I work with similar people everyday, providing a supportive environment that helps them succeed. I want you to be one of them.
