Hired Tim and his crew for several seasons with disappointing and frustrating results. Talks a very good game, no execution. Makes promises he doesn’t deliver on, he promised to install a flagpole and he did not; promised to install a support brace for a privacy screen installed improperly, he did not; promised to re-stain a cedar deck that was improperly stained, he did not. Regularly said “ we’ll be there first thing tomorrow, you’re top of the list” type of stuff - wouldn’t even show up. Last straw was paying him to maintain a home we have for sale, mow lawns, etc., we paid up front, but with all the disappointments we let him go, asked for refund, no reply...thinks he’s a ghost. Avoid.
