Welcome to Positive Birth Services! I’m Julie-Anne Mauno. I’m a Certified Professional Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator with 18 years of experience. I support expecting parents in Northern Ontario, including the communities of Timmins, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Kirkland Lake, Matheson and New Liskeard.
I am currently training as a Perinatal Support Worker with Anderson College and OPSWA. I am completing my Infant & Pregnancy Loss Doula certification with Home Hospice Association. I am also completing my Instructor training with Happiest Baby on the Block (Infant sleep & soothing training). I am also a distributor for the Baby Box Co. Program in my area. In addition to this, my training includes Birth Doula training, Midwifery training, Core Strength in the Prenatal and Postpartum Client training, Rebozo certification.
