I started on this journey as Birth Doula because I want to empower women to believe in themselves and their innate strength as women and as mothers.
As a doula I provide emotional, physical and informational support during pregnancy, labour/delivery and postpartum. I work with partners/spouses as a team to support the mother to be in her decisions surrounding her pregnancy and birth!
