I’ve been a real estate agent since the fall of 1985. Prior to entering real estate I had been farming full time for over 15 years. This experience has aided me in my real estate career by giving me a hands on background to rural real estate and farming issues and challenges. Since then I have expanded my real estate experience to included a broad range residential new & resale real estate as well as commercial sales & leasing.
Since joining RE/MAX full time in 1985, I have achieved many production awards and maintain a consistent ranking within my office and the RE/MAX organization. My strengths are in market knowledge and negotiating. I work hard during negotiations, and having the experience to set the right price.
