My name is Meredith Withers and I am Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) here in Victoria, British Columbia. My approach to counselling is holistic and grounded in my belief that we are all striving to live the most fulfilled lives we can. However, difficult life situations can arise, leaving us feeling challenged or stuck. My role is to support you in a warm, safe, and respectful way, listening to your experience and assisting you in exploring how you can get where you want to be.
Reaching out for help may be uncomfortable or challenging, but sharing your thoughts, and exploring your experiences in a safe and supported environment with someone like me can help you to discover new ways of approaching life. All of your thoughts, feelings, experiences, memories and beliefs are welcome here. I am also a certified Yoga instructor and I believe that the practices of Yoga and meditation can be beneficial in maintaining a healthy balanced life.
