Lisa Levy Raised in Toronto, Lisa Levy attended York University for economics where she played for the women’s hockey team. Lisa then gained a post graduate degree in sports administration from Durham College, subsequently working in sports marketing at Nike. Placing her aspirations of law school aside, Lisa’s competitive drive coupled with her extensive financial knowledge and marketing expertise naturally led her to a career in real estate. Trading since 2003, Lisa demonstrates a congenial and passionate personality as she effectively navigates her clients through the real estate process. As a solid, persuasive and efficient negotiator, Lisa excels in problematic situations and loves a good challenge. Lisa has an excellent grasp on all the Durham markets having lived in Whitby, Ajax and most recently, Port Perry. Any down time Lisa has is enjoyed with her two lovely daughters, 11 year old Kelly who dances competitively at Dedicated to Dance and enjoys gymnastics at Gemini in Oshawa and 8 year old Cameron who plays in the Whitby Wolves hockey league. Lauren Sharpe Originally from Oakville Ontario, Lauren Sharpe dedicated her youth to competitive dancing, ultimately gaining a bachelor of fine arts in theatre dance from Ryerson University. She has had the opportunity to perform for various artists, companies, teams, charities, shows and movies throughout her artistic career, but her favorite task by far was teaching children her craft. After experiencing a real estate transaction first-hand while desiring a new challenge, Lauren realized she had developed a new passion and such began the transition from the arts to business. Since 2007, Lauren has fined tuned her approach to selling. Lauren utilizes many faucets of marketing and looks at each property uniquely when preparing homes for sale. Organized, disciplined and patient in her approach, Lauren educates her clients and makes them feel comfortable and confident in their decision making.
