REAL ESTATE LAWYER
1. PURCHASE

The above quote is based on a standard purchase transaction with no more than two buyers and two sellers, no liens, executions or judgments against owners, single parcel, not a “part lot” requiring verification of compliance with the Planning Act, no title or contract issues, price up to $1, 000, 000, and one mortgage with a standard bank. Bank charges and courier fees will additionally apply based on your contractual and/or borrower obligations. Additional fee for private lender and bridge financing.
If you are a first-time home buyer, we will apply and obtain for you a $4, 000 Ontario Land Transfer Tax Rebate and a $4, 475 City of Toronto Land Transfer Tax Rebate at closing, based on eligibility.
2. SALE
$799 Flat Legal Fee
+ HST
+ Law Society Levy Charge ($73.45)
The above quote is based on a standard sale transaction with no liens, executions or judgments against sellers, single parcel, not a “part lot” requiring verification of compliance with the Planning Act, no title or contract issues, price up to $1, 000, 000. Bank charges and courier fees will additionally apply based on your contractual and/or borrower obligations. Additional fee $99 for coordinating each mortgage discharge or debt payout. Generally, registration of mortgage discharge is handled by the lender/mortgagee, however, if our office is required to register the mortgage discharge add $299 fee plus registration fees of $75.27.
3. MORTGAGE REFINANCE
