My experience in buying, selling and extensively renovating properties furthers my appreciation of what is possible in making just a house into something truly special—a home. In addition to providing exceptional service for all buyers and sellers, I am delighted to also offer specialized services to my senior clients and their families through my training and accreditation as a Master Accredited Senior Agent (M-ASA) and Senior Real Estate Specialist. I have training in Canadian tax law, estate planning, wills, trusts, government grants and more, all with a focus on the unique needs of seniors. In this role, I work as a consultant and connect with other professional advisors to help my senior clients navigate the complex decision-making process for their changing housing needs. Whether their needs include downsizing, renovating, cash flow concerns or other requirements specific to seniors, my desire to truly listen to clients’ needs carefully helps us find the best solutions possible. The key is in planning ahead to ensure that no decisions are made in a rush or under pressure from changing circumstances. It’s my commitment to ensure that what can be a challenging situation is as stress-free a process as possible. As a long-time resident of Burlington, I am passionate about this area I call home. I’ve invested over 20 years of time and effort into community service to help keep Burlington such a wonderful location to live, grow a family and do business. I’ve spent over 20 years as a member and past President of the Junior League of Hamilton-Burlington, helping to guide future leaders and create positive change in our community. I am proud to be a co-founder of 100 Women Who Care Burlington. This new organization facilitates getting additional funds into our community through existing registered charities and their established programs.
