Canvas Cove Bistro, located on the Iceberg Quest Premises, is open everyday from 11am to 10pm . This newly renovated ,under new management , fine dining style establishment offers an exquisite menu . Elegant dishes include mussels In a chef favorite wine recipe, shrimp prepared in a brandy and cream sauce, a signature dish namely "fish soup " with a love story all done with incredible presentation and flavor .
