My name is Chris Woodhead and I am a 4th year Kinesiology student at McMaster University and a Certified Personal Training Specialist.
I am a Private Personal Trainer with experience in a variety of training methods including; hypertrophy, flexibility, mobility, weight loss, full body routines, toning and much more. If you are in the Dundas, Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville area then please keep reading.
I believe in the importance of regular physical activity but also in training with a purpose.
I always use the word “training” instead of working out because if you have a goal in mind and want to reach it, then simply going to the gym and lifting weights or running on the treadmill is not enough.
Every movement I incorporate into my training programs has a purpose and is directed towards achieving a goal.
