At Mosaic Counselling Service, I work with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that each session is tailored specifically to their individual circumstances.
As an adolescent and family therapist with a strong desire to excel in this profession and I am dedicated to providing services that work to support the mental health network. My clinical experience extends over 8 years where I have worked with youth and adults in various settings (24 hour crisis help phone lines, community and residential services). I have worked with various populations including adults, adolescents, families, rural and inner city communities, and new immigrants. The issues I address include: addictions, mental health, LGBTTQ concerns, self-esteem, stress management, relationship concerns, grief/loss, parenting issues, suicidal ideation, and cultural adjustment. I am flexible, reliable and trustworthy, and it my goal to create a safe space where clients can freely discuss their work, relationships and concerns.
