Because of their monitoring they can see the problem we face. Also they take care of all our other software for free too. We got Office 365 from GoDaddy. We still use NOC59 help desk to solve Office 365 problems and they always deliver a solution within 15 minutes. They are polite, very qualified and efficient. And the service is so much cheaper than the earlier technician. I recommend this to any small business. We have 32 users and a mix of Macs, Servers and Windows machines.
