My background is diverse. I studied English Literature at the University of Toronto before working in financial markets in both New York and Toronto.
After taking time to raise my family and having moved to London, England and back, I returned to school and to study therapy at the Centre for Training for Psychotherapy here in Toronto. After graduating from The Centre for Training for Psychotherapy, I completed Level 1 Emotionally Focused Couples Training, Level 1 & Level 2 Sensorimotor psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma. I specialize in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for which the primary goal is to access unconscious conflicts buried deep in the psyche of the client so that these can be resolved.
