My name is Kayla Goodman, a mother of two, stepmother to one, and new wife to my gorgeous husband! I am a LPN, runner, hockey mom, and I own my own sugaring business that I run out of my home. Thanks in part to my own fabulous coach, I decided Beachbody coaching was a fit for me after I had great success with Insanity Max 30 - I fit into my wedding dress only 6 months after having my second baby! Encouraging people to live a healthier lifestyle is something I preach to my patients through nursing. Being able to do the same outside of my nursing profession with fun workouts, education, healthy shakes & recipes, and so much support is a dream come true!
I am a busy mom who made the decision to make my health a priority, not only for myself but for my family - they are always watching! I love the questions, "How did you lose so much weight??", "Wow! You look great!", "How old is the baby now? That's it?" - all thanks to Beachbody and dedication!
