I am a mother of a beautiful 5 year old little girl who everyday pushes me to be the greatest mom ever.
I am hoping that I can be fit and have as much energy as she does so that one day I can help her to be as fit as I strive to be. I am here to help others to achieve their goals and to be an inspiration for others. I have tried any fad diets, watching calories etc....to which nothing ever worked. I then found a program that showed me that you need to eat and eat right in order to lose fat and gain muscle. And then I stumbled upon becoming a beachbody coach in which I can help private and be an inspiration to others.
