You will be informed if any of the items has ever had a recall and if an appliance has been found to have a recall then you will be sent instructions on how to obtain a free repair or replacement on that appliance. You will also receive an email once a month for as long as you own the home letting you know if there have been any updated recalls on your appliances. -Rodent Inspection: A thorough inspection for signs of rodent activity in your home as well as a report on any vulnerable points of entry. -Lifetime Maintenance Advisory: For as long as you live in the home you are welcome to give us a call with any questions you might have about home maintenance, the inspection report, and other home related topics. -Enhanced Customer Satisfaction Commitment: If you are not satisfied with our Premium Inspection, and we cannot make you satisfied, then we will pay another inspection company of your choice to inspect the home again, up to the value of your investment with our company.
