I would like to tell you a little bit about me. I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and have 2 amazing grandchildren.
I worked at the utility company and then transferred to Hydro One when the province sold off the local utilities. About 6 years ago, my youngest child got really sick with ulcerative colitis for which she is being treated for, but then she was also diagnosed with Huntington Disease, for which there is no cure and will lead to death if a cure is not found. She was fine for awhile and I continued to work. In the last few years she started to get worse and I could no longer leave her alone while I worked. My drive to work was an hour each way and if something happened, I could not get to her in time. I went through alot of stress and some depression, not knowing what I was going to do. I finally decided that I had to leave work and take an early retirement in order to look after her. She now requires full time care for all of her basic needs. After I came to terms with everything that had happened, I realized I could not sit around and do nothing. I had to try and raise awareness and somehow try to make a difference. I started to do fundraisers and I also started the Pie in the Face that has gone across Canada. I have met so many people that have supported me along my path. Then along came Scentsy. I've seen the ads, I heard people talk about and then my friend asked me to come over one day and have a look at the product, as she had just signed up. Well right away I was hooked, The price was not that much and even if I could not sell enough or decided that I just couldn't do it, I was still ahead of the game, I had product that I could use and would not be out anything. So it began, When my kit came I was so excited and could not wait to use it. Then I started selling right away to family and friends. I had a ton of support and motivation from all my peers. Every time I get a new order delivered I get so excited and can't wait to do the packages up for my customers and I can all of this from home and be with my Daughter and watch her and still feel like I am contributing and making some extra money and the best part it's FUN! My house, my clothes, my car all smell fantastic. I would love if you could join my team. I have never met so many amazingly supportive people that are with you always, day and night. Just ask a question and you have an answer right away. You can live your dreams, You can make it happen, but most of all I can be with my daughter and know she is being looked after. Take the chance.
