In addition to being a Registered Professional Counsellor, I have specific training in healthy fulfilling relationships, and strive to be on the cutting edge of blending the latest in psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness. I have successfully helped many individuals, couples, teens and families move forward and create the life they want. I provide a safe and supportive environment, where individuals and couples can work towards greater mental and emotional health. My role is as a collaborator in the process of growth; healing past hurts and claiming the gifts that come from facing our struggles. Sessions offered in person in Prince George, online via skype, or by telephone. Sessions are $90 per hour.
