There are numerous sayings reflecting the concept that you can not love or care for others without first loving and caring for yourself. We as caregivers know we can do exactly that…BUT AT WHAT COST? and FOR HOW LONG? Can you Imagine the quality of care you can offer others with a healthy, lively and positive, self loving/self caring perspective. HOW CAN COACHING CREATIONS HELP? My education, experience and expertise in Caregiving, Holistic Health and Coaching will be of great benefit, as I share some tools and techniques with you on how to learn to put yourself into the lead role of your life. It all begins with a Free Consultation where we get together and share our stories. I also share with you the various programs I have to offer. Through 1-1 Coaching, workshops and/or group settings we join together as partners, we focus on your interests and the areas you feel you need support in. Together we will go through your journey as a caregiver but more importantly as the person you are and intend to be to yourself. Celebrating the success and working through the challenges with all the support and guidance you require is a vital key to success. We will utilize the tools and techniques that will assist you in this process of change.
