An established Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Anjali Joseph has been serving Ottawa and the National Capital Region since 2003. She believes in respecting her clients as whole individuals that are resourceful and creative.
Anjali’s aim is to offer attentive care and collaboratively journey with you on a personal exploration, to potentially become increasingly conscious about yourself, your inner world and relationships, encouraging emotional balance, relational well-being, and behavioural change. She draws on her graduate and post-graduate training to work from various mainstream psychological and empirically validated approaches including emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and narrative perspectives integrating, where beneficial and desired, personal concepts of spirituality and/or religious belief.
