Have utilized the services of JMac. for approximately five months. Works every two weeks at my home yard. If I request something about the yard, it is done. Although it's not about the yard, John (at JMac.Lawns) has a dog, as do I. Their dog was in an unfortunate accident this summer (2015). To which the recovery is going well. I mention that as John communicated about the dog when he couldn't make it one day, but was back the next. Even through life situations, it is helpful to get things done. Hence, reliability. If not there one day, you can count on being there the next. Flexible to deal with, and when needed. Reasonable.JMac.Lawns does make my life better! It is so helpful when they take care of my yard, as it frees up my time. That is in fact what I wanted/needed, and John delivered. JMac.Lawns also goes above the call when noticing something that may need some attending to. Thank you John! Sincerely.
