Amnis Health was created to inspire individuals to use creativity and mindfulness to foster emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. We aim to provide a non-judgmental environment where clients can go to challenge themselves, to feel understood, supported and empowered.
?We believe that anybody can benefit from the use of art therapy not only at times of trauma but as a maintenance tool to improve their day-to-day lives. It is a proactive tool, not just a reactive tool. As individuals we try to mitigate vulnerability in every part of our lives. Our emotional wellbeing should not be any different. Amnis Health provides support in order to achieve greater value in our emotional expenditures. Amnis Health wishes to educate and affect change on both a personal and community wide level. By working with individuals and small groups we ultimately affect the community at large.
