As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist in London, India and Canada for the past twenty years, I am committed to providing Counselling and Hypnotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to support my clients in a supportive and open-minded way, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches. I offer a range of complementary modalities including Hypnotherapy, Dream Therapy, Auricular Therapy (acupuncture without needles), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, currently the top modality used worldwide for trauma), Yoga Therapy, Meditation and Reiki. I work with individuals and couples on a short, or long-term basis, according to the individual's needs. Working on a mutally agreed basis for an established time period, I aim to enable the client to enhance their life and to live it more fully.
