I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I have been in private practice for over 25 years.
In that time I have helped hundreds of people deal with the challenges and roadblocks that get in the way of living rich and meaningful lives. Here is what I believe: I believe that within each of us lies a deep soul wisdom, a guiding light that holds our purpose for being here – in this body, this personality, this family, this environment. My purpose and my passion is to help others get in touch with their own guiding wisdom – by dismantling the roadblocks and the confusion that stand in the way. This is my work, and I find it deeply meaningful and satisfying to be of help where and when I can.
