My beautiful wife had an appointment with Donna Rewald. During her appointment she was made quite uncomfortable by the conversation which centred entirely on other clients. She was initially happy with the product but when she called the following day with some concerns she was exceptionally rude and condescending. She would not even discuss the concerns and dismissed her outright. My wife has moderate facial burns/red splotches since treatment. She was only asking if this is a common side effect or if she should be alarmed. Donna Rewald was not interested in answering any questions. Instead she yelled at my wife and accused her of some kind of scam and told her she wasnt getting any money back. My wife never mentioned money or refund just politely tried to ask questions. My wife is rather reserved and not at all confrontational. This woman brought her to tears. I cant review the product but I can certainly review the business owner. VERY unpleasant woman. ZERO stars
