A total and devoted fan of Beachbody Products and programs for 10 years, I have experienced fitness lows and highs, lost weight and inches but most importantly, found myself and tested my abilities far beyond my wildest dreams!
I owe my overall success to: 1. Me - Pushing Play everyday! 2. Beachbody for providing the programs and community to keep me motivated! Creating the opportunity to try out an array of BB Programs, I am a true Turbo Jammer/Fire(er) at heart....my Soul Mate workout! I am also a certified fitness instructor and will begin to teach live classes soon! I want to help you be the best you can possibly be!
