Laptop Repair

i took my laptop to get fixed the hd was dead,he said he only has used for replacement,i said fine when i got it back the mouse keypad didn't work,he told me to just use the touch screen,or google it on how to fix that issue i told him to put the dead hd in,i hd brought him a desktop to get formated as well,when i tried it at home none of the drivers worked or no updates were done
