Robert, I want to thank you for the care you have taking to help my parents. You have made them feel secure in their home and allowed my sister and I to have the peace of mind knowing they are safer within the confines of their home. I was so happy at the speed of the work and the time you took to have a little chat. Seniors do need that. They are very happy with the work you have completed but are even happier with your mannerisms toward them. You do not talked down to them by using terms like “deary”. Your personality along with your attention to detail is a big reason why they will have you back and will refer you to their family and friends.
