I had applied in this company for a technician position.The way how they trait me at the first interview was fine but the second interview knowing already my profile, skills experiences and abilities they trait me like beginner making me to perform a test on identification passive components, resistor values color code, diode and alternative components transformer, power supply 220 and 110 VAC etc, soldering through hold, not even in bench lab but in meeting executive room. It wasn’t difficult for me. But the environment where I was doing this it wasn’t appropriate. Also one of the interviewers was some one that I knew from a while ago but he never mentioned that he already know me, until just I have told him I know you man. Part of 50% of this experience was ok, but the second of 50% was not professional, is an aptitude that will make run away from you future candidates that maybe could be interested to be part of your team but unfortunately they won’t. .
