Our tattoo artists are talented and versatile and create unique custom pieces for their clients. They are dedicated to and passionate about their craft. Deborah is professionally trained piercer and strives to make each piercing experience a positive one. River City Ink and Steel features several local artisans' work for purchase, and the shop carries implant grade surgical stainless steel and titanium jewelry for purchase.
