We are specialized in fixing chimneys , skylights , roofs , vents , decks and all leaking problems
Most of the skylight they start leaking because The original installer made several mistakes that were very simple to fix but were huge in the capability of the design. Some of the repairs were structural and some were in the flashing. Nothing was wrong with the product, just the way it was installed.
A simple hairline crack in your chimney capstone, if neglected, can cause serious damage. Water penetration through a failed cap can cause the top courses of your chimney to disintegrate to the point where masonry repair is mandatory.
Caulking
An open caulk joint can cause the same amount of damage as a void within a mortar joint can, by allowing unwelcome water into your buildings.
